How to change your language settings:
Log in and go to the "Settings" page from the dropdown menu at the top right of your Twitter homepage.
Choose your language from the "Language" drop-down menu on your Account Settings menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save"
Enter your password when prompted and click "Save Changes" to complete.
