Statistics and Evaluation Form

The Statistics and Evaluation Form is now electronically deactivated for this year. The team at LAC thanks all participating libraries that have fill out their form. Each regional partner will receive a profile of its province or territory in November. In December, we will post on the Website a synthesis of the evaluation meeting of the 2004 program. LAC will revise and simplify the 2005 evaluation form based on recommendations expressed then by our partners.

Again, many thanks!

It will be available in both English and French, in hard copies and online. It includes booklists, clipart and program ideas on how to run a successful club based on the theme for 2004.

We should mention that the activity booklet for children and the library staff manual were designed and put together by the Toronto Public Library. The Ottawa Public Library and the Children's Literature Service of LAC created the French version. The poster, depicting a magnificent dragon emerging from the Earth, and the other visual elements have been created by Paul Morin, an illustrator renowned for his textured works in vibrant colours.
