Amenities

Cloakroom

Bags larger than 30 X 40 X 12 cm (12 X 16 X 5 in.), backpacks, luggage and umbrellas must be checked in the cloakroom (free of charge). We also recommend that you check your coat. All bags are subject to being searched upon entering or leaving the building.

Strollers and Wheelchairs

All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Strollers and wheelchairs provided free of charge at the Foyer Information Desk. No reservations required.

ATM

There are two ATM machines at the National Gallery. One is located in the main entrance, next to the Bookstore; the other is in the Cafétéria des Beaux-Arts.

Lost and Found

Please visit the Cloakroom if you left something behind.

Underground Parking

$2.50 per half-hour, daily maximum $12 (Members $10). Parking also permitted on adjacent streets.
