Let us fly around and do the work for you! We offer exciting birthday parties for young aviators from toddlers to teens. Created for different ages, our parties include great hands-on activities, cake and juices and informative tours led by friendly animators. Please remember that two weeks advanced registration is a must for these popular birthday parties!
Cost varies depending on options selected, such as meals and deluxe loot bags.
Airmail Delivery
Ready for an adventure? After listening to a fun story, help Max, our mail carrier, explore our collection and choose just the right aircraft to deliver the mail. Make-and-take crafts round out the party. For kids ages 3 to 5. Maximum 12 children. This program is offered at $185 and includes cake and juices.
Ready for Takeoff
Assist our mechanic and put together our take-apart aircraft! Help the pilot perform a pre-flight check and then take the controls of a Cessna 150, practice ground control signaling, and make you own instrument panel pilot's cap! For 6 to 8 year olds. Maximum 12 children. The cost for this birthday party is $185 and includes cake and juices.
Mission: Space Party
Dress up like an astronaut and get ready for an experience that is out of this world! Taste some astronaut space food and learn about the technology behind recycling waste water in space in the Your in Space workshop, test your shuttle mission knowledge, navigate the Spacewalk Obstacle Course, and make a 3-D paper model of the space shuttle Endeavour. For children ages 7 to 10; maximum 12 children. This program is offered at $200 and includes healthy space treats, cake, and juice.
Crazy for Jets!
Get ready for action! “Gear-up” in a fighter pilot’s uniform to enter the jet survival relay race. See the cockpit of a jet up close and construct a “swing wing jet” to catapult through a target. For 8 to 12 year olds. Maximum 12 children. This program is offered at $185 and includes cake and juices.
Reservations are required for these programs. To register you may call us at 613 991-3053 or click on the Reserve button in each section to fill out an online reservation request. Fees which include taxes can be paid by cash, cheque made payable to the Canada Aviation Museum or by credit card.
Please note that the catering and loot bags are extra for these programs.
