    De Villa says as of 12:30 p.m. there are 41 COVID-19 outbreaks in long-term care homes in Toronto. Eatonville (private): Approximately 54 cases and 23 deaths. Kipling Acres (city-run): 23 cases and 4 deaths. Seven Oaks (city-run): 96 cases and 22 deaths.

    De Villa says she feels bad she couldn't provide long-term care home numbers yesterday but went back to her team to ask them to try. Says it won't be perfect because confirming the cause of death is challenging.
