Jason Vultaggio has been waiting for nearly his entire life for the Toronto Blue Jays to return the playoffs. The 26-year-old Windsor, Ont.,-area man was a toddler when the Blue Jays won back-to-back World Series in 1992-93 but they haven’t been back to the playoffs since. More read comments video
