Significant birthdays and wedding anniversaries

On request, the Prime Minister sends congratulatory certificates to Canadians celebrating significant birthdays or wedding anniversaries.

Congratulatory certificates are available for:

25^th wedding anniversaries and up (at 5-year intervals)
65^th birthdays and up

You can send your request one of three ways:

1. Online by filling out and submitting either a

Birthday Congratulatory Message from the Prime Minister form

or a

Wedding Anniversary Congratulatory Message from the Prime Minister form

2. Filling out and faxing a Congratulatory Message from the Prime Minister PDF form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)

To ensure on-time delivery, we ask that you submit your request at least six weeks before the event date.
