Kelly Block was first elected to the House of Commons in 2008 and was re-elected in 2011. She was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Natural Resources in September 2013.

Prior to her election to the House of Commons, Ms. Block served on the Town Council of Waldheim for three terms, including for two terms as Mayor. She was also a member of the Saskatoon Regional Health Authority and the Director of Administration at Forest Grove Community Church.

Kelly and her husband Milton have four adult children, two children-in-law and two grandchildren.
