McCreary, Manitoba

McCreary is a village in southwest Manitoba, Canada. It is located within the Municipality of McCreary. It had a population of approximately 472 at the 2011 census. Located just to its west in Riding Mountain National Park; Mount Agassiz was the site of the 1979 Canada Winter Games, and offered endless winter sporting activities. The Mount Agassiz Ski Hill is currently closed.

McCreary railway station receives Via Rail service. The station has also been designated a historic site, but the train still goes through.
