Administrator instructions

Welcome. Please note that this page is NOT for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions or to address the pending deletion of any page.
Shortcuts:

Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions or rejected Articles for creation drafts), or in "articles for deletion" debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. This page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be userfied or emailed to you so the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). This means that content deleted after discussion—at articles for deletion, categories for discussion, or miscellany for deletion among other deletion processes—may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided at all.

This page is only for requesting undeletion of articles or files which have already been deleted. If the article you are concerned about is still visible, but has a warning message (template) at the top, please do not post here, but follow the instructions in the template or on your talk page.

Note that requests for undeletion is not a replacement for deletion review. If you feel an administrator has erred in closing a deletion discussion or in applying a speedy deletion criterion, please contact them directly. If you discuss but are unable to resolve the issue on their talk page, it should be raised at Wikipedia:Deletion review, rather than here.

Topgrading[edit]

I previously asked to have this page undeleted and was told to create the article in my sandbox. It is there now and I would request that it be moved to the deleted article which is currently blocked so only administrators can create. -CommonHMC (talk) 09:45, 10 November 2015 (UTC)

I want to note that it was deleted 5 years ago by a single editor who I believed also is the one who blocked the article so only administrators can create it. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by CommonHMC (talkcontribs) 09:49, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
@CommonHMC: please click the blue "Submit" button to send your draft for review by an experienced user who will either accept it or give you feedback. I have unprotected the title so that, if accepted, it can be moved to the main space. JohnCD (talk) 18:53, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
@CommonHMC: Yes, I am the one who deleted it multiple times for being blatantly promotional, and then protected the page so people would stop coming here to promote the book. As you move forward, I encourage you to read WP:COI and WP:SPA carefully. --Spike Wilbury (talk) 19:59, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
Thank you. I read both and neither apply. Except for the fact I came here to create an article. Which I thought anyone was allowed to do. Not sure ha the deal was 5 years ago but I have no idea who wrote the article or even what was in the article. However, I see that someone is trying to delete it from my sandbox for being spam. I haven't even submitted it yet. Is this normal? — Preceding unsigned comment added by CommonHMC (talkcontribs) 05:35, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
The one five years ago was a fairly blatant puff piece for the Bradford Smart book. Unambiguous spam may be deleted even from draft or sandbox pages, but it takes two pairs of eyes: a tagger tags, but an administrator has to agree; and I have declined this speedy deletion nomination. Go ahead and submit it. If we seem suspicious, that is because the world and his wife think Wikipedia is a free platform for promotion, and we have to work constantly to keep it neutral. JohnCD (talk) 10:13, 11 November 2015 (UTC)

Thanks. I understand but I am not someone from 5 years ago and would ask that it gets a fair review. From some of the comments/actions, I fear that it will be declined/deleted just because. Thanks for your help and I guess we'll see. — Preceding unsigned comment added by CommonHMC (talkcontribs) 01:16, 12 November 2015 (UTC)

This appears to be Yes check.svg Done, as the new article has been moved over. — Earwig talk 00:14, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

File:Athiradi-tamil-movie.jpg[edit]

Athiradi is a Tamil language movie released on 16 October, 2015. As a fan of actors involved in that film, I have taken my time to create this page and upload an image appropriately. No one will claim this image as a copyright violent from the original copyrighter's side. Because, I have done something to raise their fame nor does degrade them. There are too many work less fellows want, even, this title to be removed as they may not pleased with crew involved in the film. But, that should not reason to someone to point this as a copyright violent. In case there is a dispute begins in future, I can get written consent from original copyrighter to be used at Wikipedia. My request is leave the image as it is. In near future, I will replace it with more trustful resources when I add other details to the title. -Deenhaja (talk) 16:47, 14 November 2015 (UTC)

  • The file is not yet deleted. Instead we need you to say which URL you got this image from, and put in a fair use rationale. Saying it is "Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0" when it is not is a copyright fraud. If you have evidence it is this license then please link it for us. But it is likely to be usable under fair use. Lastly the image seems to be squashed sideways, is that how it is supposed to look? Is it genuine? Graeme Bartlett (talk) 20:17, 14 November 2015 (UTC)
  • @Deenhaja: Now you have specified a source for the image. However that does not prove it is genuine, or that the license is cc-by-sa-4.0 as you seem to claim. Can you point to a likely URL that says that license applies? And also give some URL that will indicate that the cover is genuine and not made up? Draft:James Jones (artist)[edit]

(This user used the preload form for AFC undeletion, but did not specify the name of the AFC draft they would like undeleted. Consider checking their deleted contributions.) JamesJoneswiki (talk) 22:22, 15 November 2015 (UTC) Template:James Jones (artist) need more time having difficulty with editing with Wiki

  • X mark.svg Not done The article was pretty much comprised entirely of quotes. While you did try to source these, this is still considered to be a form of copyright violation in and of itself, since you'd need to have some things written in your own words. The quotes also have the side effect of making the article pretty promotional as well. Given that it was almost entirely quotes and a list of artworks, I'd prefer that you write a new submission in your own words. I will, however, also ask that you read over the WP:COI guidelines since there appears to be a definite conflict of interest. Wikipedia discourages people from writing their own autobiography. It's not forbidden, but it is discouraged because it's easy to make things more promotional than you may have intended it to be. I'd also recommend that you look into seeking assistance from the WP:TEAHOUSE. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 04:50, 16 November 2015 (UTC)

@Stefan Vadocz: Yes check.svg Done - as an Articles for creation submission deleted under CSD G13, the page has been restored on request to a new location at Draft:Stefan Klein (inventor). Senani Ponnamperuma[edit]

Person is a noteworthy Sri Lankan -RomeshD (talk) 00:19, 17 November 2015 (UTC)

  • X mark.svg Not done - this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Senani Ponnamperuma, it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user Northamerica1000 (talk · contribs). After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 02:36, 17 November 2015 (UTC)

  • @Sunils20: It looks like there was a request to restore this back in April and no edits were made to the draft. We need some sort of confirmation that you will edit the page if this is restored a second time. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 11:25, 17 November 2015 (UTC)
  • X mark.svg Not done - this page is a copyright violation. I noted that the article was somewhat promotional and it looks like it is a copyright violation from Cornelis's website. We cannot restore copyrighted material to Wikipedia and all content will need to be in your own words. This means that even if you did intend to edit the article if it was restored, that we now can't restore it because it's a copyright violation. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 11:26, 17 November 2015 (UTC)

Daniel Clitnovici[edit]

I, Ssanchez1978, request the undeletion of this Articles for creation submission deleted under CSD G13. Please restore the page as I intend to work on it. This is the Professional coach of a professional team and has a credible and noteworthy background relevant to wikipedia. I noticed previous deletion tickets pertain to information about playing background. Please edit the page to address the issues raised when it was declined, and re-submit it; "Articles for creation" is not for the indefinite hosting of material found to be unsuitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia.
One complication which will need to be considered if this draft is accepted is that the title Daniel Clitnovici is salted - protected so that it requires permission from an administrator to re-create - because in 2009 articles about him were twice deleted due to an WP:OTRS request (ticket 2009010910019026), probably from Clitovnici himself. I will make a note to that effect on the draft. JohnCD (talk) 13:35, 17 November 2015 (UTC)

Compa[edit]

After speaking to an advisor via the Wikipedia Web Chat feature just now in regards to why the Compa artist page had been deleted and being told that it was a question of notability and reinstatement would be absolutely possible if notability was brought to light, and discussing that as stated on Wikipedia's own 'Wikipedia:Notability (music)' notability is generally judged through the amount of press an artist has received I definitely think that the 'Compa' artist page should be undeleted as Compa has had many notable features, interviews and reviews in such respected publications as Mixmag, DJ Mag, Trap Magazine, GQ Magazine, Wire Magazine, Resident Advisor and FACT Magazine in both physical print and online formats over the last four to five years as well as selling over 25,000 physical vinyl records, not taking into account streaming or downloads, up to now.

Compa is an established artist with a collective online fanbase of approx. 50,000+ people across his social networks and he is verified on Facebook. He has also toured worldwide playing shows across Asia, Europe and North and South America in the last two years. I would be very grateful if thi page would be undeleted. Thanks in advance. -Dottedclover (talk) 22:43, 17 November 2015 (UTC)

Grandma Anna Bae Jenkins Movie[edit]

I have reliable sources to go with Grandma Anna Bae Jenkins article -Johnnydept3 (talk) 02:09, 18 November 2015 (UTC)

  • X mark.svg Not done Johnnydept3, this was deleted in two formats. It was first deleted at AfD at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Grandma Anna Bae Jenkins and later as an WP:A7 (non-notable web video) - although since it was deleted at AfD about a month ago it could be deleted as a recreation of an article deleted at AfD. In either case you'd need to contact the admin who deleted the page (Michig for AfD, DragonflySixtyseven for the A7) and ask for them to restore the page. However in order to get it restored you'll need to show where the film has received coverage in independent and reliable sources per WP:RS. Just existing as a film isn't enough, so you won't be able to use things that simply show that the film exists. In other words, linking to the film on various websites that offer the film for sale or to WP:PRIMARY sources will not show notability. (Also, you shouldn't be linking to merchant sources on Wikipedia at all.) What you need are things like newspaper articles about the movie, reviews in reliable sources like Twitch Film, and the like. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:13, 18 November 2015 (UTC)
  • I also have to admit that I'm not seeing anything come up in a Google search for the film. There are primary sources (things released by someone involved with the film to some degree) and some self-published sources (blogs, etc), but nothing that would show notability enough to overcome the AfD. Since this was deleted at AfD I think it'd be best for you to ask Michig to restore the page, but if he won't (which is possible, given the lack of sourcing out there) you can take this to deletion review. However you will need to provide quite a bit of sourcing either way in order to overturn the AfD. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:19, 18 November 2015 (UTC)
  • I've salted this specific title since any potential re-creation should be made at Grandma Anna Bae Jenkins rather than any alternate title. It's generally a good idea to keep it all in one place, as creating it at alternate titles can sometimes give off the impression that you're trying to evade detection from the last person who deleted the page. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:02, 18 November 2015 (UTC)
  • I hope that this doesn't come across harshly, just that there's a certain way to go about this. Now what I could recommend is that rather than editing Wikipedia, that you look into creating your own wiki at places like Wikia or MediaWiki. These should both be free and you won't have the restrictions that you have here on Wikipedia. This means that you could create articles for the film, book, characters, and anyone involved in the film's production on these sites. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。)

@RB-AXP: the draft page has not been deleted, and you are welcome to edit it and click the green "Submit" button when you are ready to send it for review. Eric Edmeades[edit]

I am not familiar with the reason for deletion but I request the un-deletion of this page. I went to make edits to the page today and found it gone. You are welcome to write an article, but if it is not to be speedily deleted it must at least explain why the camp is important or significant enough to have an article in an encyclopedia, and if it is to be kept it will need to show references to significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources to establish Wikipedia:Notability. DJ Montay[edit]

I clearly followed the Wikipedia:Notability (music) guidelines, by listing several examples of notablility. Wikipedia it's self has numbers pages listing the subjects credibility (Please see: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=dj+montay&title=Special%3ASearch&fulltext=1)

How on earth can a Grammy-Nominated, platinum selling producer with numerous songs not be notable? That is incredible... I am sorry, but it is dumbfounding.

The page was originally created back in 2008, and deleted. (I assume at the time, it did not show the artists credibility) It seems that the page was influenced by its previous status and has not been looked upon favorably.

None of the admins seem to have to time to assist in verifying the page and would rather destroy the work that has been put into creating it. If somebody can dispute it's claim as a valid page, please clearly demonstrate, as I have. I understand that admins have a large work load, but please do your work properly and improve Wikipedia. -Bobbybobbie (talk) 07:20, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

  • Bobbybobbie, since this was deleted via A7 by Drmies this is going to be a technical X mark.svg Not done on my end. You need to ask him if he'd restore it and if he will not, take it to deletion review. Offhand Drmies, I'd say that this is something that would be best off going through AfD since there is an assertion of notability here via the BMI Urban Award win/nomination, as well as the association with notable people/acts. Whether or not he'd pass notability guidelines as a whole could be debated since I will note that the BMI source doesn't actually back up that DJ Montay won the Writer of the Year award. The source mentions a Songwriter of the Year Award, which was won by T-Pain, but not a more general WoTY. However I will note that two of the songs he produced did win (Low appears to have been a runner up per this link), so that might be what the article referred to. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 08:40, 20 November 2015 (UTC)
  • Now playing devil's advocate, I think I can see some of the reasons why Reddogsix tagged it as a speedy since it seems like it was the songs that were nominated rather than DJ Montay himself per se, plus some of the other awards (specifically the Grammy nomination) were unsourced. However I do still believe that this should have been AfD'd. Now the question here is whether or not this should be restored and taken to AfD or if it should remain deleted and potentially run through DRV. There's a chance that DRV could argue that the article could remain deleted, but there's also a chance they could argue for it to be restored and listed without actually making a judgement call on notability. It's basically Drmies call. I'd say restore it and let AfD sort it out, personally, since that might be less time consuming in the long run. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 08:47, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

I am sorry, Tokyogirl79. Here is the link for the Grammy Nomination (http://www.ew.com/article/2008/12/04/grammy-nominati) You are right, I should have written Grammy Nominated production rather than listing it as an artist nomination.

Thank you Tokyogirl79 for your help and understanding. It doesn't take much for somebody to conduct some basic research and refer to Wikipedia's own guidelines. This article can be improved with help from admins such as yourself.

It's very simple. As per the as per the Wikipedia:Notability (music) guidelines, he fits the criteria. I am taking the matter further.

Bobbybobbie (talk) 09:08, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Notability (music) "Composers, songwriters, librettists or lyricists, may be notable if they meet at least one of the following criteria:

Has credit for writing or co-writing either lyrics or music for a notable composition. (Yes) Read here
Has written a composition that has won (or in some cases been given a second or other place) in a major music competition not established expressly for newcomers. (Yes) Read here
Has been listed as a major influence or teacher of a composer, songwriter or lyricist that meets the above criteria. (Yes) Read here
Appears at reasonable length in standard reference books on his or her genre of music. (Yes) Read here"

Bobbybobbie (talk) 09:28, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

  • Bobbybobbie, this was restored to your userspace at User:Bobbybobbie/DJ Montay by Shirt58, who has also offered to help with any questions. The WP:TEAHOUSE is also a good option as well. As far as the EW article goes, I don't see where it lists DJ Montay's name. Nominations are sort of a tricky thing, really, as they technically can't count towards notability since only wins can give notability on Wikipedia. Also, the source will need to explicitly state Montay's name to really help him out notability-wise if you resubmit this and it goes to AfD. As far as the Allmusic source goes, it would be considered a routine database listing. When the guideline discusses reference books they're referring to things like this one from Lexington Books. The Billboard source is somewhat questionable as far as influence goes, since the article is about who Flo-Rida respects as a beatmaker. He didn't explicitly state that he saw him as a major influence, which is what we'd really need to firmly establish that DJ Montay is notable. We'd also need more sourcing along those lines, since one of the unsaid things about that qualification is that it's expected that there will be multiple in-depth sources that discuss DJ Montay as a creative professional. A good example of what Wikipedia tends to see as an in-depth source would be something like this article about Tom Petty by Rolling Stone. This tends to be a common issue with producers since there's never a firm agreement over whether or not they should inherit notability on things they've worked on (since sometimes there can be many producers in various capacities) and many articles won't list them at all, preferring to focus on the artists. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:52, 20 November 2015 (UTC)
  • Tokyogirl79, I agree with your points on the later; however, he has been credited as a producer/writer for songs that have been nominated of Grammy Awards and charted all over the world. (The first 2 points are clearly satisfied)

I respect your knowledge of music production and crediting, I wish you were able to deal with the matter from that start, rather than the other admins.

Thank you once again. I will continue to work on this article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bobbybobbie (talkcontribs) 10:04, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

  • Tokyogirl79, if Allmusic is just a routine database listing, where do you suggest I reference the credits from? I can only imagine using Allmusic or Discogs.

Bobbybobbie (talk) 10:14, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

  • Tokyogirl79, thank you. I will use it to back up his credits for the songs that have certifications, placed in charts, and won or been nominated for awards.

Bobbybobbie (talk) 10:46, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

I can see no mention of this artist in this Entertainment Weekly article.
Apart from this blog post, there appears to be no other mention of this artist on the Grammys website.
--Shirt58 (talk) 10:53, 20 November 2015 (UTC)
  • Tokyogirl79, as you may have suspected (in the "Devil's Advocate" section), I granted the A7 because the article makes no reliable/believable/sourced claim that the subject was in any important way intimately involved with the songs that were supposedly nominated. Notability is not typically deemed inherited, though many fans probably want that: if a producer is somehow responsible for some song or album being nominated for an award, reliable sources need to verify that this was in fact the case. Bobbybobbie, you don't need to be arguing for the songs: you need to be arguing for the role your subject plays in their production and success. BTW, I'm fine with userfication, and I'm fine with restoring this so it can go through AfD if need be. The version I deleted looks impressive cause it's got a big photograph and some fancy tables, but its content is problematic. Thank you, Drmies (talk) 17:01, 20 November 2015 (UTC)

It has been shown that he is the producer of the Grammy Nominated song Low, not to mention a number of others that have charted internationally.

How can the producer of the song not be responsible for (or a major part) of it's success?

Please see: Low (Flo Rida song), this, this, and this.

Yes, it looks impressive. Thank you. Can you please show me how to improve this article? Can you recommend a better place information on an artist than, Billboard, Allmusic, Discogs, iTunes? If so, can you please add it to this page.

Please restore this page, so it can be improved. Bobbybobbie (talk) 19:42, 21 November 2015 (UTC)

  • Slade360 , you may want to ask for help from Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games, which is devoted to covering video game related material on Wikipedia. Finding coverage for pre-Internet games can often be very, very difficult and some of the members there can be pretty good at knowing where to check for sources that could show notability. On a side note, I actually remember playing this. I remember thinking that it was a pretty odd thing for Coke, but fairly novel as well. On a side note, you really, really shouldn't have merchant links in your article at all. Those aren't usable as a reliable source nor are they considered to be generally appropriate for Wikipedia because their primary purpose is to sell something to the reader. Essentially use of these sites can be seen as an endorsement of the product and/or website, which can make the page seem non-neutral. It's a pretty common mistake, so no true harm done, though. • X mark.svg Not done Rajannamysore, this was deleted as an A7 (no assertion of notability) by several different admins, (Peridon, GB fan, Bbb23, Graeme Bartlett) before it was salted by JohnCD. I think that at this point your best bet would be to try to create it at WP:AfC and see if it would pass notability guidelines there. While these new articles do show an assertion of notability, I'm somewhat concerned that they all deal with a legal case, which puts it in a tricky light on Wikipedia per the Biography of Living Persons guidelines. The long and short of this is that whenever someone is primarily known for legal issues, we have to approach with extreme caution since these can be seen as a WP:ONEEVENT type of deal. Now if one of these admins wants to restore the article history to AfD for you, I have no problem with that. Now as far as restoration here goes, REFUND can't do this since it was an A7. A7s can only be restored by the deleting admin (or one of them) or by WP:DRV if they all refuse. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 05:43, 21 November 2015 (UTC)

Huccha Venkat is an actor in 4 movies, director of 2 movies and lyricist. He is not known just for controversies. Unless somebody is settling personal scores with Huccha Venkat and using wikipedia rules to their advantage. Perhaps some people spend too much on reading wikipedia rules and find meaning between letters and words. Neither I am associate to Huccha Venkat nor his fan. I wanted to contribute to that article. I'm not sure if I'm doing this right -- however he's on a major network show https://twitter.com/ericxwest/status/662819664041525248 in GQ, nominated for awards http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/shorty-awards-2015-nominees-include-778517 I don't know why this page is blocked. -Alejandrad117 (talk) 21:15, 21 November 2015 (UTC)

  • X mark.svg Not done - this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Eric West (5th nomination), it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user Sandstein (talk · contribs). After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review. Deletion has been voted 3 times, and the page is salted. This has been so hotly debated that there won't be any unilateral override here. Instead WP:DRV is the place to ask. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 07:51, 22 November 2015 (UTC)

Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Soloist Performance (without orchestra)[edit]

Was an expired PROD (rationale was apparently "no citations"). All of the sister articles (e.g. Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Soloist(s) Performance (with orchestra)) remain, and few have citations since the awards are a matter of public record and easily checkable. -Softlavender (talk) 07:27, 22 November 2015 (UTC)

Miljenko Horvat[edit]

I previously tried to create this page, but as I have no expirience, and am also very limited with time, something went wrong and it seems page "Miljenko Horvat" was blocked or something. M. Horvat is a late husband of a good friend of mine who asked me to create a page about him. Miljenko Horvat was a member of a Gorgona avantgaarde group, Croat artist and architect that lived in Canada for most of his life. He died in 2012. Here you can see an article about him at the web page of Museum of contemporary art in Zagreb http://www.msu.hr/#/en/19672/ I have preapared text of Miljenko Horvat article now, but page is blocked from beeing created, since I am not a regular contributor and dont have much further interest in creating other articles in the future, how do You, dear Sir or Madam propose to handle this? -Mj gutamaya (talk) 10:44, 22 November 2015 (UTC)

Sheikh Noor-ud-din Wali[edit]

Old, sourced article about a 15th century mystic was wrongly tagged G11 and speedy deleted by an unsuspecting admin who perhaps was swayed by its somewhat peacock style. I am aware G11 is an exclusion here, but what can be done when the tag was placed mistakenly? Other editors are also enquiring about the sudden deletion[1]. Should normally go through PROD or simply maintenance tagged, unclear why someone speedied it. -kashmiri TALK 12:01, 22 November 2015 (UTC)

STOPzilla[edit]

Our product Page was deleted without any notifications or explanation why. Is3 Inc.is an USA based software developer company with over 50 employees and Stopzilla is one of our main products. To date STOPzilla protected over 9,000,000 subscribers. In the last years providing ethical best possible service to our subscribers and is our number one priority. Our competition (AVG, Kaspersky, Bitdefender) exist on Wikipedia in same manner as our page existed. Not being visible on will send us back and create unfair advantage for companies mentioned. We are in the middle of recreating new Wikipedia page and significant investment was allocated to this effort. If STOPzilla page violated any rules we would like to know. Please contact me directly if we can provide any more information. Thank you , Novak Mirkovic VP Marketing Office:1-561-807-6059 ext.216 -Acivon6791 (talk) 15:17, 23 November 2015 (UTC)

@Acivon6791: X mark.svg Not done. Since this page was deleted after a deletion discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/STOPzilla (2nd nomination) it cannot be restored here. You should consult the administrator who closed the discussion, user Euryalus (talk); then, if you are not satisfied, you may apply at WP:Deletion review.
The words "Our product Page" and "We are in the middle of recreating new Wikipedia page" suggest that you have the wrong idea about Wikipedia. It is an encyclopedia, not a product catalogue or a place for you to tell the story you want the world to hear. In the history of the article, I see occasions when it was deleted as an advertisement, and deleted for copyright violation (no doubt copied from your website), and when a user named "Is3-stopzilla" was edit-warring to remove anything critical from the article. That is not how Wikipedia should be used.
Any article needs references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" to establish Wikipedia:Notability, and indeed should be based primarily on what others say about the product, not what its makers say.
If Wikipedia has an article about your product, it will not be your article, and you will not be able to insist on your preferred version. Please read the guideline Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and the Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide. In brief, you should not edit directly, but may submit drafts for review by uninvolved users, or make suggestions on article talk pages. Note also that you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use ("Paid contributions without disclosure" under section 4), and in some jurisdictions by laws against covert advertising, to disclose your interest in any edits where you have a COI. I have been working on this draft for months and months, it was deleted once before without my knowledge and I was so shocked after all the work I had done. I have been actively working on this page on and off all the time, so to imply its has been dormant is totally unacceptable. I have been sourcing external references for the last six weeks as I did not want the submission to be declined AGAIN, I would like to see this page back up immediately. I am furious, after all the work I have done on behalf of my client. Unbelievable. -Devlin crow (talk) 23:21, 23 November 2015 (UTC)

@Devlin crow: Actually, your last edit on the draft article was over 1 year ago, which is why it was deleted.
In addition, you were using your user page as a web hosting service, and rather than blocking your account for using Wikipedia as a publicity platform, I have instead just now deleted your user page as unambiguous promotion.
Furthermore, mention of your "client" suggests that you are here in a paid editing capacity. As such, you agreed to disclose any conflict of interest you may have when you registered your account. You have not done so. Therefore, I am unwilling to restore the draft until you make a public disclosure of your relationship with the article subject. ~Amatulić (talk) 00:59, 24 November 2015 (UTC)
