On November 5, 2015, Rogers and Vice announced The Biography Channel would relaunch as Viceland in the winter of 2016.[1][2] Viceland will launch with a full slate of original programming, including Gaycation with Ellen Page and Ian Daniel, Black Market with Michael K. Williams, Terror with Vice Magazine co-founder Suroosh Alvi, and Canadian-made programming. The channel will launch concurrently with the American television network H2's rebranding as Viceland in 2016.[3]
