Yvan Baker (born December 8, 1977) is a politician in Ontario, Canada. He is a Liberal member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario who was elected in 2014. He represents the riding of Etobicoke Centre.
Background[edit]
Prior to his election he was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Politics[edit]
He ran in the 2014 provincial election as the Liberal candidate in the riding of Etobicoke Centre. He defeated Progressive Conservative candidate Pina Martino by 8,101 votes.[1][2]
He is a Parliamentary Assistant to the President of the Treasury Board.
