From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In biology, recruitment occurs when juvenile organisms survive to be added to a population, by birth and/or immigration, usually a stage whereby the organisms are settled and able to be detected by an observer.[1]
There are two types of recruitment: closed and open.[clarification needed]
