The portal

The portal for My Business Account has a new look that meets the guidelines set by the Government of Canada. The guidelines help with the delivery of websites and applications that are more accessible, usable, and optimized for mobile devices.

Form GST523, NETFILE Agreement

Three optional sales fields have been added to Form GST/HST523, NETFILE Agreement.

Audit Enquiries (*New service*)

A taxpayer and their authorized representative are now able to send electronic enquiries associated with the taxpayer's audit case, using the new Audit Enquiries service. This service lets Canada Revenue Agency auditors, taxpayers, and authorized representatives communicate securely online.
