At the CRA, we want executives who are proven leaders and who can:

Our executive organization comprises mostly assistant directors, directors, directors general, and assistant commissioners.
The CRA promotes a stimulating and challenging work environment that includes opportunities for development and advancement.
Entry to and promotion within the CRA's executive group is based on the series of competencies established by the Public Service Commission.
The CRA is committed to the values and principles of employment equity. This means everyone has the same opportunities for advancement, and pay scales have been established so they don't discriminate in any way.
