WELCOME  Credit: Balfour On December 11, 2014, The Honourable Eugene P. Rossiter, Associate Chief Justice since 2008, was nominated Chief Justice of the Tax Court of Canada. He replaces the Honourable Gerald J. Rip who elected to become a supernumerary judge on December 11, 2014 until his retirement on December 7, 2015.
