Kisbey is a village in southern Saskatchewan , Canada. The village took its name from Richard Claude Kisbey (d. 1941), an Irish immigrant who settled in Estevan .[7] First Nation . This band government contains three nations which are Assiniboine , Saulteaux and Cree .
