Description
English: The Welsford-Parker Monument, a Triumphal arch standing at the entrance to the Old Burying Ground (also known as St. Paul's Church Cemetery) a historic cemetery in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The monument commemorates British victory in the Crimean War.
