During her reign, Queen Elizabeth II has been the monarch of 32 individual sovereign states known as the Commonwealth realms. There are 16 current realms,[1] and 16 former realms, each with their own coat of arms.

Personal arms[edit]
Before her accession, she bore a personal coat of arms comprising the royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom differenced by label of three points Argent charged on the centre point with a Tudor rose and on the others with a cross Gules.

- ^ Since 1952, there have been three versions of the full Arms in official use. This version was used between 1957 and 1994. Before 1957, the maple leaves in the lowest division of the field were green rather than red. Since 1994, the shield has been surrounded by a ribbon of the Order of Canada, and the mantling has been styled to look like maple leaves.
