Proposed category change[edit]

The category generated by this template is up for renaming (see Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2008 March 18). If this proposal is accepted I would alter the template code slightly to make membership of the category parameter-dependent.--Kotniski (talk) 13:38, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Why Russia?[edit]

Why is Russia included as an observer? It is not mentioned to be on the "Francophonie" wikipedia page, and neither in the map. --RohanDhruva (talk) 19:32, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
