This is a list of universities and colleges in Denmark. Independent colleges and trade schools are not included in the list and some universities have been struck from the list, having been merged into larger universities - The Aarhus School of Business, Danish School of Education (formerly Danish University of Education) and Engineering College of Aarhus, for example, have all been merged into Aarhus University.
