NRCan Library

The NRCan Library is committed to providing quality information resources and services that contribute to NRCan’s leadership role in science, technology and policy towards responsible development and use of Canada’s natural resources. Formed in 2006, our modern NRCan Library has roots back to the 1800’s. We have 8 libraries from coast to coast with 6 regional libraries and 2 in the Ottawa area. We proudly manage and preserve research-level information, photo and map collections relevant to NRCan’s scientists, policy analysts and researchers.
