Update - Postal Service Disruption Effective immediately, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) is resuming its normal outgoing correspondence procedures using Canada Post.
Outgoing correspondence being withheld as of July 5, 2016As of July 5, 2016, the IRB will withhold outgoing correspondence to avoid the risk of it not being processed by Canada Post in the event of a postal service disruption.
