"Bridging" to a public service career

Have you completed a student work term in the Government of Canada? Do you want to market yourself to managers at Industry Canada? Hiring former students into temporary or permanent positions after they have graduated is a fast and simple staffing option for managers.

Are you eligible?

Former college or university students employed under one of the following programs are eligible:

• Federal Student Work Experience Program (FSWEP)
• Post-secondary Co-operative Education and Internship Program

Candidates must have worked at least one term in any department and must meet the merit criteria and the conditions of appointment for the position being staffed.
