My VAC Book
In the event of a Canada Post labour disruption, your My VAC Book will be shipped via UPS.
Your mailing address is required in order to mail the My VAC Book to you. It is not permanently stored, nor is it shared or used for any other purpose.
My VAC Book was designed to help you learn about the services and benefits that may be available to you or your family. It is for:
- members or Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces (Regular or Reserve)
- Veterans (Canadian or Allied) who served in the Second World War or the Korean War or
- members or former members of the RCMP
To build My VAC Book you only need to answer a few questions. Once you are finished, your book will be displayed on-screen in a PDF format. Within a few days, a hard copy will be mailed to your home by our publications provider – Gilmore Printing Services who meet all security and privacy requirements of the Government of Canada.
