Live An Amazing Experience

My experience at the Citadelle allowed me to share my knowledge with visitors from all around the world. In addition to providing information on Canada’s history, I was able to practice speaking English. Being a guide-interpreter definitely helped me to boost my confidence and to interact with groups of people more easily.

— Mireille Poirier

My job at the Residence of the Governor General at the Citadelle of Québec allowed me to meet visitors from all around the world, which gave me the opportunity to improve my language skills. What makes it even better is that every day at the residence is different because the variety of visitors makes each tour unique.

— Andréanne Poirier

Thanks to my job at the Residence of the Governor General at the Citadelle of Québec, I have had an enriching job experience related to my field of study and to my interest in Canadian heritage. As each tour is different, I have had the opportunity to improve my ability to adapt and my communication skills, in both official languages.
