Process and Compliance Manual
Section 71 of the Access to Information Act requires that government institutions make available to the public any manuals used by their employees in administering or carrying out programs and activities that affect the public. The Process and Compliance Manual is available in hard copy at our Office, however, we are also making it accessible online to ensure that it is available to those living outside the National Capital Region.
