Engaging the Community: How Social Enterprises are Providing Jobs for Offenders
Learn how CSC has partnered with Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to help women offenders gain successful employment in the community. One important factor in terms of reintegrating offenders back into their communities is meaningful and well paying full-time employment. The Hungry Heart Café and Klink Coffee are two organizations that CSC has created vibrant partnerships with to assist women offenders who are about to be released back into their community on parole.
