Notice – Outreach sessions for the Montréal Haitian community

February 19, 2010 — Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) is organizing outreach sessions on a one-on-one basis with CIC officers for members of the Montréal Haitian community. The officers will be able to provide information on the special immigration measures and on how to sponsor family members who were directly and serious affected by the earthquake in Haiti.

The outreach sessions are open to the public and are targeted to people in Canada who want to apply to sponsor their spouses, common-law and conjugal partners, dependent children (including a child adopted abroad), parents and grandparents and orphaned family members (brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews or grandchildren under 18) from Haiti.
