Canadian Heritage recently released its most recent report on the 2015 Government of Canada Survey of Heritage Institutions. This survey collects financial and operating data from Canada’s heritage institutions, museums, art galleries, archives, historical sites, zoos and botanical gardens.

Three years ago, the first issue of Canadian Geographic featuring the ‘What’s This?’ contest hit newsstands. Ever since, this regular series has been a staple in the magazine, which is published on a bimonthly basis by the Royal Canadian Geographic Society.
