Transportation Safety Board of Canada

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is an independent agency that advances transportation safety by investigating occurrences in the marine, pipeline, rail and air modes of transportation.

We are in the process of moving our services and information to Canada.ca.

Our current Transportation Safety Board of Canada website will remain available until the move to Canada.ca is complete.

What we are doing

Features

Watchlist 2014

The Watchlist identifies the issues posing the greatest risk to Canada's transportation system, and aims to focus the attention of industry and regulators on the problems that need addressing today. The TSB has determined that action taken to date on the eight issues in the 2014 Watchlist is insufficient and more needs to be done to eliminate the risks.
