Pursuant to paragraph 7 (1) (f) of the Farm Products Agencies Act (FPAA), any person directly affected by the operations of an agency may file a complain with the Farm Products Council of Canada.
On November 7, 2016, the Council approved a new By-Law for dealing with complaints received by the Farm Products Council of Canada which amends the complaint filing requirements, timelines and process.
