The EEC Aged Cheddar Cheese Export Regulations under the Canadian Dairy Commission Act set out the export entitlement and quota allocation mechanism for aged cheddar cheese exported to the European Economic Community now referred to as the European Union.

The Dairy Products Marketing Regulations under the Canadian Dairy Commission Act set out the requirement for calculating the federal quota that each provincial board will have to allot each year and authorize the CDC to set levies and charges for the marketing of a dairy product in interprovincial and export trade.
