Notice - Canada Post Work Stoppage
The Office of the Federal Ombudsman of Victims of Crime (OFOVC) has measures in place to ensure that Canadians continue to receive services during periods of Canada Post service disruption. There may be an impact on how Canadians correspond with the OFOVC.
The OFOVC has alternative arrangements in place to allow it to continue to work using courier services to send documents, letters and packages to Canadians as needed.
Individuals sending documents to the OFOVC can contact us at 1-866-481-8429 to find what alternate methods of delivery are available.
