Still waiting patiently to be paid for overtime worked in June 2016, and to be paid for a missing al...lowance over the last 8 months. There is no reasonable excuse for not paying employees in a timely fashion. There is no excuse for not allowing employees to contact an informed compensation advisor who can provide them with details on their pay file. See More
I have been on maternity leave since July of 2016. In anticipation of SOME issues, my leave paperwor...k was submitted in April of 2016. At first I was overpaid, then they completely stopped my pay and started it back up incorrectly and now I have not been paid AT ALL since NOVEMBER 1st 2016! It is now almost February 2017. Upset and frustrated doesn't begin to explain how I feel. I'm not in a position to be ok with not being paid! No use calling the pay centre, no one is helpful, no one calls me back and my file hadn't been touched despite agents telling me they have marked my file as urgent over 6x. Two children and not being paid in 4 months is heartbreaking. Putting my family in a tough spot. Not fair at all. I can't even enjoy my maternity leave because all I've been worrying about is finances! My next step is filing a grevience. This is unacceptable. See More
