DEPARTMENTAL PERFORMANCE REPORTS

Departmental Performance Reports (DPRs) are the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal (the "Tribunal") accounts of results achieved against planned performance expectations as set out in their respective RPPs. These Performance Reports, which cover the most recently completed fiscal year, are tabled in Parliament in the fall by the President of the Treasury Board on behalf of the ministers who preside over the appropriation dependent departments and agencies identified in Schedules I, I.1 and II of the Financial Administration Act.

Through the coming into force of the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada Act, on November 1, 2014, the Government of Canada is consolidating the provision of support services to eleven administrative tribunals – including the Registry of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal – into a single organization, the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC). This administrative change does not affect the mandate of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal. Case matters will continue to be filed, managed and safeguarded in accordance with the existing procedures of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal.

The following reports from the Registry of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal pre-date the coming into force of the ATSSC. Please visit the ATSSC Website for all future reports.

ERRATUM
Subsequent to tabling in Parliament and online publication of the 2013-2014 Departmental Performance Report, the following error was noted:

The Reprisal Hearings Program should have been aligned to “Well-managed and efficient government operations” instead of “A transparent, accountable and responsive federal government”.
