No PWGSC employee, without the appropriate delegated authority, is authorized to forgive debts arising out of contractual actions and which are owed to Canada. For the authority to write-off debts refer to "Debt Write-Offs (Deletion of Debts)The information is only accessible to federal government department and agency employees." in the departmental Delegation of Authorities Instrument.
