This survey is to be completed by selected telecommunications and/or broadcasting entities.

In order to reduce the burden on the Industry, survey data may be filed for each legal entity or consolidated across entities. Consolidated reporting must be pre-approved by CRTC staff. To arrange for consolidated reporting please contact us using the On-line form. This request will remain in effect until otherwise notified.

Authority

This survey is conducted under the authority of the Statistics Act, Revised Statutes of Canada 1985, Chapter S19, the Broadcasting Act, and the Telecommunications Act.

The schedule for the Quarterly Surveys for the fiscal year is provided in the table below.
