Governor General to Participate in
National WE Day Event in Ottawa
OTTAWA—His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will speak at the first ever WE Day Canada event being held on Parliament Hill on Sunday, July 2, 2017, at 4:10 p.m. He will talk about the importance of giving and inspiring others to give, especially as we celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday. The event will be streamed live on WE’s Facebook page.
