Canada’s immigration story is one of diverse experiences that span our nation, reach into our past and continue into our present. It is a story of people; one which cannot be told without an emphasis on the important chapter of the former immigration shed at Pier 21 in Halifax, today the site of the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21. It is through this gateway that one million people first set foot on Canadian soil, between 1928 and 1971, and helped change the face of Canada forever.

The Canadian Immigration Process free online game is a celebration of these people and a small window into the struggles that they faced in building their new life in Canada.
