Make a Request for Information (FOIPP)

You may use this online form to request access to government information. You will need to be specific about what records you want to access and which department has these records. It will help narrow the search if you can clarify the period of time related to the information.

Is there a fee for requesting information?

There is an initial fee of $5.00 and there may be additional costs for requests that require greater than two hours to process.  If photocopying is required, the cost is eight cents per page.

How long will it take to process my request?

It may take up to 30 days to respond to a request for information.
