On February 2, 2012 the Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime, Sue O'Sullivan, will announce the release of the her first special report, Shifting the Conversation. The report makes numerous recommendations to the Federal Government on the issue of victims' rights and enhancing their treatment within the criminal justice system.
