This site is the gateway to the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Claims Services Provider Website, used as the main source of information for Dental, Pharmacy, and Medical Supplies and Equipment (MS&E) providers.

Express Scripts Canada administers the Health Information and Claims Processing Services (HICPS) system on behalf of the NIHB Program. Health Canada’s First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB) is responsible for the policy and management of the NIHB Program.

Providers registered in the NIHB Program, will have access to:

Late-breaking news, including bulletins, and announcements.
Benefit lists/ grids, newsletters, forms, policy and program information for downloading or printing purposes.
Alerts regarding changes to the HICPS system.

How does a Provider Enrol/Register in the NIHB Program?
