A government department or agency declares an item as surplus

A GCSurplus sales representative works with the department or agency to create a listing

Only registered users can bid on items (GCSurplus operates as a closed-bid e-commerce auction system)

Once an auction sale closes, the successful bidder will receive an acceptance of offer by email, along with an invoice, payment and pick up instructions.
