Office of the Procurement Ombudsman

The Office of the Procurement Ombudsman (OPO) is an independent federal institution dedicated to promoting fairness, openness and transparency in federal procurement. OPO provides an avenue to address procurement-related issues and disputes both to Canadian businesses selling goods and services to the federal government and government officials purchasing those goods and services.

We are in the process of moving our services and information to Canada.ca.

Our current OPO website will remain available until the move to Canada.ca is complete.
