    Phase 1 (online) – self-paced learning and discussion forums with subject matter experts cover the basics of management in the public service.

    Phase 2 (in the classroom) – a five-day classroom session allows you to discuss the first phase with your colleagues and put your knowledge into practice.

    Phase 3 (distance learning) – over four weeks, take your learning to the workplace, supported by online readings and discussions.

    Phase 4 (in the classroom) – a concluding three-day classroom session brings you together with your colleagues once more to integrate what you've learned and apply it to real-life case studies and simulations.
