D Cdts & JCR CPGI Success Awards

The Director Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers (D Cdts & JCR) Cadet Population Growth Initiative (CPGI) Success Awards will be provided to deserving stakeholders (cadet corps / squadrons, Regions, individuals, and groups) to celebrate successful attraction and retention initiatives and population growth. D Cdts & JCR acknowledges that a lot of good work has been and is being done in an effort to grow and retain our cadet population and this is his way to celebrate and promote your successes.

D Cdts & JCR has established these awards to:

  • Acknowledge and support the efforts being put forth by corps / squadrons and Regions related to attraction and retention;
  • Encourage corps / squadrons and Regions to continue/increase their efforts in attraction and retention;
  • Promote sharing of success stories and replication of best practices related to attraction and retention; and
  • Support and reinforce the goals and key messages of the CPGI.
  • Description of Awards

D Cdts & JCR CPGI Success Awards are national awards that are divided into two main categories:

Cadet Population Growth Awards - may be presented to cadet corps / squadrons and Regions who demonstrate success in growing their cadet populations.

Director's Seal of Excellence - Director's Seal of Excellence may be presented to stakeholders that have demonstrated success related to attraction and retention initiatives.
