Giving Back
FCC supports projects that make positive changes in the communities where we live and work across Canada. Our five main funds include: FCC AgriSpirit, FCC Expression, FCC Regina Spirit, FCC Aboriginal Student Empowerment, and FCC 4-H Club Fund. Get to know the type of projects we support, eligibility guidelines and how to apply.
FCC AgriSpirit Fund
The FCC AgriSpirit Fund is about enhancing rural communities and this year we increased our commitment to $1.5 million in honour of the 150th anniversary of Canada's Confederation. Successful projects in the past have included hospitals and medical centres, childcare facilities, fire and rescue equipment, playgrounds, food banks, libraries, recreation centres and community gardens. If you live in a community under 150,000 people and need funding for a project, check out the eligibility guidelines.
Applications are closed and will re-open March 2018.
FCC Expression Fund
The FCC Expression Fund was developed to support Canada's official languages and honour those communities where both languages thrive. It's funding for projects that contribute to the vitality of official language minority communities and help residents express the cultural and linguistic diversity of their area.
Applications are open from December 1 to 31, 2017.
FCC Regina Spirit Fund
Do you have a project that will make Regina an even better place to live? The FCC Regina Spirit Fund supports community enhancement projects by charitable and non-profit organizations in Regina. It's our way of giving back to a city where almost 800 of our over 1,800 employees live and work.
Applications are open from January 17 to February 14, 2018.
FCC Aboriginal Student Empowerment Fund
Balancing school and personal expenses isn’t easy. Open to Aboriginal students attending one of four Saskatchewan post-secondary institutions, the FCC Aboriginal Student Empowerment Fund can provide you with up to $1,000 for basic needs any time during the semester.
