Online Evaluations

If you have completed the training for Make Ethical Decisions (MED), Managing Conflict or Leading Drug-free Sport, please log-in to The Locker and select the “eLearning” option from the drop-down menu on the right hand side of the screen. You will have unlimited attempts at obtaining a passing grade of 75%.

Do you have more questions about the NCCP’s online evaluations? Please consult the list below for answers!

  • I want to take the MED/Managing Conflict/Leading Drug-free Sport evaluation without having taken the training. How do i do this?


    To take any of these online evaluations, please log-in to The Locker and select the “eLearning” option from the drop-down menu on the right hand side of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discovery) to pay the $85 fee once you have selected which evaluation you wish to complete. Please note that you will only have 2 attempts at obtaining a passing grade of 75%. If after two attempts you have not obtained a passing grade you will need to complete the appropriate NCCP training before being able to attempt the evaluation again.
  • I don’t know if I’ve taken the required training. How do I check?


    Log-in to The Locker and check your transcript. The module name will appear either under your sport-specific training, OR under multi-sport training.
  • I completed NCCP training (either in a multi-sport environment or as part of sport-specific training), but I don’t see it on my transcript. What do I do?


    Please contact the organization you took the training with.
  • I want to take the MED/managing conflict/leading drug-free sport workshop. How do I sign-up?


    To attend any of these workshops, please contact your local Provincial/Territorial Coaching Representative.
  • I completed the evaluation but it’s not showing up on my transcript.

  • I paid for the evaluation, but now I want to take the training instead. Can I get a refund?


    Once you have clicked the “BEGIN” button on the evaluation, unfortunately, there are no refunds. If you haven’t clicked “BEGIN”, then please contact Coach & Partner Services at the CAC (613.235.5000 or coach@coach.ca) for a refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
  • Do i have to complete the evaluation in one sitting?


    No. Your progress through the evaluation will be saved so that you can return at a later time.
  • I want to take the evaluation without having taken the training – can I get a copy of the workshop manual?


    Sorry no. The NCCP manuals are only available to coaches that complete the workshop.
  • I paid for the evaluation, and didn’t pass in two attempts. Now what do I do?


    You will now need to complete the appropriate NCCP training before being able to attempt the evaluation again. Please contact your local Provincial/Territorial Coaching Representative.
