Master’s Scholarship Award for Women in Economics and Finance
This award promotes the pursuit of graduate study in Economics and Finance amongst women in order to proactively contribute to building a gender-balanced talent pipeline for the Economics and Finance professions. Up to five students will be awarded a scholarship of $10,000 (CAD), for tuition and other related costs, combined with an offer of employment at the Bank.
The application process for the Master’s Scholarship Award opens in September of each school year.

Scholarship and Work Placement Program
The Bank of Canada’s Scholarship and Work Placement Program is designed to assist students with disabilities and Indigenous students in furthering their education and to encourage them to take an interest in the work performed by the Bank of Canada. These annual $4,000 scholarships and work placement opportunities reflect the Bank’s commitment to the diversity of people and ideas and our desire to further enhance our diverse and inclusive work environment.
